based on recent years experience, I know good changes will only come to the Grove after being proven at other tracks...my plan for racing attendance next year will include additional regional tracks.

many of the fellas I sit with / near have dropped off which took away some of the fun and quite frankly...the racing is not what it used to be.

it has never been about the $ for me...the screwing around is what takes a toll on ya...meanwhile there are plenty of other cool things to do.

Selinsgrove 2847 ft/.54 mile T1=136MPH

I am a capitalist...and encourage the Grove to make more money...the fealls I sit with even prefer to pay more at the gate if the cut out some of the bullsh!t that drags on thru the night.

I personally have no issues with paying $2 more for no fireworks - $3 more for no 358 or midgets - $5 more for no limited late models.

there were more than a couple of nights at the grove this year that the sprint feature was pushing off before 9pm and that's with 358 sprints...but you and your fellas want to pay more to see less racing?

no place id rather be on a friday night than williams grove...look forward to it all week so i'm in no hurry to get home early...

they use to have racing shirts that said "if it's too loud, youre too old" , sounds like they should remake some that say "if it's too late, youre too old"

Yeah it is a quality statement...not quantity.

i am not suggesting you agree with me, I know how it works at tracks,..they need the money.

when 358s have the two heat format I will sometimes stick around until they start wrecking.

I am not in a hurry for the races to get over when i'm at the track. But leaving out the bombers, stocks, LM's and mods does not mean less racing. It means less time wasted on back gate padder classes.
