My prediction is that the silliest part of silly season will be the speculative posts.

Not sure who you are or where you are from but you are pretty dead on brother! Brad Sweet should be a force to recon with next year after one solid WoO tour under his belt!
Logan Schuhart to TSR was a long shot and quite baffling. I like the kid and bought a shirt from him in Calistoga after his remarkable runs at Tulare the weekend before. Kid was fast in a thrown together car. I'd rather support a low budget team than give my money to a Schatz or Kahne team.
As far as 410 racing up here in Nor Cal it would be awesome to get bigger car counts but thats hard to find when a lot of the weekend racing is all 360's despite Chico. Placerville,Ocean Speedway, Peteluma, Marrysville, etc. I can't complain at this point. I'll take any type of racing.
Last would be when the WoO comes to Nor Cal have a double class with the non wing guys and get more people in the stands. Tickets that cost $45-50 is pretts steep for some folks. I pay it anyways but people bitch regardless.

My turn...
Logan to get a top notch ride back in PA.
Clauson will take over Steve's car at TSR.
Kraig starts the season and either has good success by June 1st or his ride gets parked.
..........and the best one............
Steve Kinser will win the points championship driving a 305 at Bloomington Speedway,

TSR has came out several times stating that there will not be a 2car WoO next year.

1. Logan will not get any ride anywhere besides Bobby Allens
2. Nobody is in the 11 except for Kinser
3. Kevin Nouse in the Apple 12
4. Darrah doesnt go anywhere because Joe keeps paying all the bills.
5. Kreitz doesnt retire, runs limited but not retire.
6. Doug Esh in the Coldren 07
7. Cannon stays with Highlands. Matt had already stated he has no intention on getting rid of him.

With Sammy and Steve retiring, I don't think it is out of the question that Jac somehow finds a full-time WoO ride...
I mean, if I was a promoter, (WRG) I would sure do whatever I could to have drivers who put butts in the seats, and have the biggest names I could find racing my series. Jac is still a draw, and one of the legends in the sport, and he can still win races and drive on the edge....He always puts on a show, that's for sure.
I also think it is not far fetched to see Dale Blaney go full time WoO, based on his own comments recently....

I am actually curious about this. I know that the speculation has been only one TSR car, but I haven't seen anywhere that they actually came out and said that is the case.
It very may well be what happens, but unless I missed something they haven't actually said that yet.

I believe that it was stated on the TSR Twitter account by TSR. Not sure and it was a while ago.

Super Chuck predicts that Steve Kinser's "retirement" plans are much like Mark Martin's. Will he run the tour? No. Will he find a comfortable rocking chair? Absolutely not. Creative marketing folks, that's all.
Super Chuck also predicts that this isn't the last you've seen of Sammy. He's stepped back before, but he's never really gone. His ability is far from gone and he'll get the itch again.
As far as the rest of this Silly Season nonsense, Super Chuck's learned he doesn't believe it until he sees it. (Not even from Missouri btw.) What happens in November usually changes by April.

I have a few predictions:
Tod's series is going to rejuvenate the Midwest and will be "must see" where ever they go. I expect 15+ drivers at every show.
My prior statements of "Never returning to Jackson to watch a race" will be deemed a lie. But that's because there will be better racing.
There are drivers lining up to jump into the Big Game car(s) and the Lunstra #1L. And the resulting hire(s) will shock the world.
The Outlaws will continue to dominate in areas without weekly 410 racing. And continue to take a licking in areas that do just like this year.
Schatz will continue to dominate the tour and win another Nationals. And be must-follow on twitter like Dale Jr became after he won the 500 this year.
David Gravel will continue to show he is the best young shoe and get another 5+ win year on tour.
KKR will continue to struggle, outside of DP, and unfortunately may have to cut back into 2016.
And my local short track will continue to run itself into the ground. Even though it can produce some of the best racing on any surface in this great country.
BIG J

Todd will drop the 10k payout for the 2015 Final Showdown at Susky after poor weather causes a dismal fan turnout in 2014.
Logan Schuhardt and Brent Marks will pick up a WoO win.
Kerry Madsen will win the Knoxville Nationals.
