last I heard was CBS Sports Network, Tape Delayed - Dave Rieff, Brad Doty, Shane Andrews and Dave Despain -- at least unless something changed since mid-summer.
Seems odd they had LESS TV this year than they did last year (especially considering it was Kinser's final year on tour, I would think that would have helped TV viewership somewhat).

It wasn't televised live last year either. Was taped delayed on CBS Sports Net, same as this year. Last time it was on live was 2012, before Speed Channel became Fox Sports 1.
Live TV is expensive and no one wants to foot the bill. The only other way to get it on TV is for WRG to pay a network for the time, which isn't going to happen, especially if they can make money on the Internet PPV, which a live broadcast would hurt. (Of course, if they could mend their relationship with Lucas Oil, maybe someday they could at least get on MavTV)

Never said it was live last year.
My comment was about their lack of TV time period. last season (2013) they had more TV shows (tape delayed) on CBS Sports Network than they have had in 2014. And outside of a couple lean years after TNN became Spike and the Outdoor Channel went away,, and Speed went away, they always had a decent TV presence.
I realize that they are more than likely paying for the TV -- everyone except NASCAR and F1 are (and those series sponsored by Lucas Oil -- they own the network they are broadcast on). I am more surprised that STP isn't asking for more TV for their $$$ (although maybe it's not as much $$$ as it appears to be when you're at an event).

The live TV ship has sailed on sprintcars, if it hasn't caught on by now (20+ years since TNN) it never will.
I think the future is live PPV, but how do they decide which races are offered? I would have bought several more WOO shows this year had they been available.
I can't believe that Bloomington on the King's final tour would not have made the cut?
We plan to watch I-30 on Saturday, but honestly it's our third choice behind WOO & Atomic.
