Schatz seems to be able to win everywhere but the Grove this year? Did Pittman use up all his luck in the spring? Will the Posse continue where their Summer Nationals sweep left off? Will they take home the $50,000 two years in a row?

I'm posse through and through but this will be a weekend of the front row regardless of whether it is Posse or invader/Outlaw. With temps down in the 40's at night this Saturday the track will most likely be locked down and fast. He who has the most horsepower and starts near the front will most likely win this one. Could see a surprise upset IE a Dale/Dave Blaney if they show. Saturday is supposed to cool off and 50% Chance of rain early on so we will see. Honestly if the weather stays the way weather.com says Friday might be the better show.

Agree with the weather and the track being fast. May be too fast for anyone to pass. But it is a crap shoot at this point. All the big posse teams are hitting their stride at the right time and that is now. Seen they updated the weather on the news tonight, to no rain friday except for late late into saturday morning and then saturday clearing by noon and making way for cooler temps and clouds.

A Chinese built car.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Stevie Smith, Schatz, Hodnett, Lance, Kreitz will be the cars to watch - cool temps...engines at full HP.
Who has provisionals remaining?
Will we see a 28 car field both nights with 2 outlaws buying their way into the show?

Eldora 2287 ft/.43mile T3=135MPH

It's one track wonder time, the usual lapped traffic boys have their big chance this weekend. Heck, I sure would like to see Steve K. in Victory Lane there one more time and 75% of the crowd would to....

except...the WoO lost at Lincoln to POSSE...
matter of fact...the last time YOU were at the Grove (the fabled meltdown night) Kinser won from the front row and you left your seat before the checkers.
will McCarl make the tow?

I believe his press release said he's taking the weekend off to prep for the Trophy Cup in Ca.

With WoO Gypsies in the title I figured this would be a post about the Allen / Schuchart race teams.

Just remember that when 2 WoO members take provisionals it means that 2 more of your beloved posse that couldn't race their way in also tag the rear of the field. Also, have you ever added up how many posse cars there are percentage wise compared to the WoO guys? I'd be willing to bet posse cars outnumber WoO cars 2 to 1 if not better. Of course, that wouldn't be an advantage now would it BRR?

I suspect the percentages are similar when the WoO go to California, Ohio, and Knoxville, so what's your point?

Who gives a shit? that would be a better question, it takes one posse guy making a comment and everyone gets their panties in a wad and so begins the most pointless arguement in all of motorsports.... posse is great, no they suck, well you suck if you like the posse, yea, well my Dad is a cop and he will arrest you if you say anything bad about the posse, blah blah blah blah blah. Guess what, no one but a few dorks in the whole world give a flying F what the winners address is, and the lower the IQ the more they care, but dont mind me, go ahead and bash each other with your silly comments about your posse loyalty or hatred, its always funny to read how seriuosly you guys take it. fight on!!!!!

the results are posted on the WoO website - check it out if you wish to verify your suppositions
nearly ALL the recent year Grove races shows a 50/50 split in the field
I did not check the nujbers for parts unknown...that subject was brought up by other who might know how to use the WoO website to add validity to their comment.

Gypsies hold court at the Grove and flat out put a beat down on the locals. Heck, even the All-Stars were better than the posse. Nice to see you were able to scratch 1 guy in to the top 5. So if a bunch of gypsies come in and dominate the place what would happen if anyone halfway decent happened to show up? Tough night for BRR and the locals as they are probably all still sitting up on beer hill crying in their beer wondering what it was that exactly happened last night.

The only way the Outlaws were going to beat the Posse last night was by running them over. After the Posse worked their way up and went by them like they were sitting still. Oh wait, that is what happened.....
The Posse has trounced the Gypsies since Pitman got sh!t lucky in the spring.

OH, OK, if that's what happend. I must be looking at the results from a couple years ago because the only results I could find were that the Outlaws swept the podium and that Dale Blaney was 4th. Just drop me a link to the results that show where the posse trounced the Outlaws and i'll be more than happy to pass that along. I know that both Willimas Grove and the World of Outlaws probably made an honest mistake and posted the information regarding last night's results incorrectly. Like I said, just point me towards the correct Official finish from last night and I'll get it corrected.

It would have been three in a row at the Grove it Gravel wouldn't have spun him out like a pole sitting spoiled little brat when he got passed. Outlaws are getting lazy except for Schatz. Gravel thinks he is entitled to win just cause he sandbagged his way to the pole and clean air. If the twit would have started 10th that is where he would have finished.

That $50,000 would have went a long way for Rahmer trying to run three cars. He earned fair and square two years in a row.
