There is a pretty good shot that I'll go over if my tickets come through. I wonder how many Hosers are going to the PRA show Wednesday night. I think the Florida 400 is going to take a bath this weekend, unfortunately.

I'll wait until it's "Back Home Again in Indiana".
The races that they have added just don't make up for lack of the Gasoline Alley Open Houses and all the race shops hosting parties!
Also I can drive to Indy from Minnesota. I would have to fly to Orlando.

any place in the country is a short flight to Florida, but, the real racing headquartes is about as far from Orlando as you can get in a days drive.
Why would anyone with a brain choose Orlando over Indy?
I guess the show will need to lose a bunch before someone pulls their head out of their whatever's and see the light.

I am heading down to Orlando this weekend for a week long "Family vacation" for the week and being the sprint car fan that I am this thread cought my eye. So I punched up the PRI web sight to investagate this event and found out that "Race fans are not admitted". OK here is the exact words printed in the FAQ section: Can anybody attend? It's trade only, so you must prove you own, manage or represent a buisiness or professional race team. Race fans are not admitted. For more information, go to the "Attendee Registration Page." So I guess this option of things to do is out for me as a race fan?

fastasu: Just tell them you work for Jack Shit Racing. Then if they ask who is that tell them "I can't believe you don't know Jack Shit!"

You must present two forms that show that you are employed in the industry such as a business card, paystub, business license or sales tax number.

The races should be good just like last year. Orlando Speedworld was packed because most people from Florida have never seen that type of racing.
