Yes you can.  You just need to use a web browser that supports flash.

Here is one option we have found that seems to work around the compatibility issue with the Android devices:

Once Flash is installed, download and install Mozilla Firefox from the Google Play Store.

You will then need to open DIRTVision using Firefox as your browser, not the Android browser or Google Chrome.

When users log into DIRTVision and select a broadcast, the player window will come up, but you will need to click on it to activate the Flash plugin. Once you do that, the video/audio should play.

Another option is to download a flash-friendly browser like Flash Fox from your app store.

I can confirm on Android 4.2 tablet that it does work using latest Chrome browser on wifi.
