Im honestly surprised it took this long.  That team hasnt been all that great since 06, always wondered how Erdley kept that ride, or that sponsorship was able to be maintained.

You post constantly reflect to others that you have no clue how hard it is to be a driver , owner , or sponsor. You constanly run them all down. You should be thanking them for participating .

I'm simply stating the team has dropped it's edge over the years.  i know it's expensive and I was an erdley fan.  Whenever they cut back to only one night a few years ago, I thought for sure they were done then.  I'm glad Lisi and erdley were such a long term partnership.   So before you bad mouth me, know your facts .

Not to change the topic (and yes I know this is my first post).  I don't have a dog in this fight, but I find it interesting in the notes section that the All Stars had the guts to put out a press release listing tracks that are banning together (fyi the term should have been banding, but anyway) to support them and included at least one track that, according to the owner, had not officially done anything of the kind yet (Krietzer and Lincoln Speedway).  I wonder how many others are on that list in the same boat.

Also, based on the reactions I saw here after the press release came out, there was a thought that occurred to me.  How many tracks out there have races during the year from multiple sanctioning bodies.   Just because a track has an All Star race, does not mean they may not also schedule a Renegade race at some point as well and vice versa.  Try both out and see how it goes.  It would be possible, unless one of the organizations puts a no compete clause in their contracts, which would seem pretty heavy-handed in their current setups.  WoO's does that for their drivers to an extent, but they are the biggest game in town so they can get away with that (although the PR on that has not always been great)

Interesting that Alan Kreitzer has pushed back on the Guy Webb claim that Lincoln has re-upped with the All-Stars for next year. Never would have guessed that Webb was just making things up as he went along. LOL

Still remember when Erdley and Lisi beat the NST that year. Was a big win for them and was a special one as a Posse fan. The little team that could knocking off some of the best in the world. Good dude and they are both good for our sport! wish them luck and happiness

Thank you for pointing out the typo. Had to hustle to get that into the print version of our paper and just didn't catch the mistake on the re-read. Again, thank you for catching it and letting me know. It has been changed.

Wasn't really your mistake because that was the word that appeared in the original release from the All-Stars.

It sure looks like you were saying they weren't any good and that Erdley was lucky to have the ride to me.

Seeing as how I am a fan of Erdley, I dont think so.  Im saying his results didnt always reflect the talent.

It is never good to read about another owner retiring from the sport .Randy has always put quality equipment on the track and  mike was a good driver sometimes the results dont show the effort but at the end of the day its not always about the stats. Randy was a class act and owners like him are getting fewer. so congrats on your retiring and maybe you will be able to enjoy some time away at your hunting camp. If you ever need a cook for camp call lol.  Hobie
