with sammy going the steve kinser route today what happens with the Big Game WoO ride? Last winters talks were that the owner wanted to see his car run more often. Hence why Craig ended up running a local deal. Any thoughts or guesses to what happens next?
Scenario 1: Big Game gives up on the WoO tour and just runs Dollansky (1car) locally
Scenario 2: Dollansky gets the option to go back on tour and Big Game hires someone to run locally.
Scenario 3: Dollansky stays local, (on his own or his owners accord) and Big Game brings in someone else to take of the WoO ride.
Sadly, I think that one way or another we lose a top Sprint Car ride out of this. Personally I would like to see Craig go back on tour allowing Big Game to support a young guy on the local scene, or bring a young guy into the area.
This is just for fun, i have nothing to report or any facts other than Sammy retiring to go off on. Tired of the WoO Donny show and Knoxville is done so silly season it is

Doesn't it say they are retiring the #1 big game car? So they said nothig about the #7 Big Game car right? Just wishful thinking.

Lots of options for Big Game if they want to keep a car on the tour. Tons of quailty driver running local or regional schedules. Too many to list.

I think it would be cool to see Tod and T-Mac team up again for a local deal. After all, the BGTS decal always looked good on the 24.

Pretty sure you will never see T-Smac in a Big Game car again. That didn't end on a possitive note.

If Tod decides to get out of racing, he's given the sport a lot in the 15+ years he was involved as a sponsor, owner and owner/sponsor. He's lasted longer than a lot of other car owners in our sport (and it's more expensive now than it's ever been).
If Tod decides to get out, I don't blame him, but it will be a sad day if there is no Big Game Treestands car at the track (one has been out there for 15 years or more (I think he was with McCarl for 10+ and with Sammy the past 4 years).

I would love to see hotfoot get the ride if he wants it they would be instant contenders for the championship.

What big races and titles did a Big Game car win? Thanks.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

It costs alot of money to send a top team on the road with WOO. All team owners want the car to make enough money to break even. How many years would one want to lose alot of money on a team?

Sammy won a short track nationals in that car, dollansky won an Iron Man if im not mistaken - big game cars have been pretty solid since theyve come into racing.
And if Tod does get out I dont think it would be fair for any of us to get upset about it. I'm sure people will, but he has owned/sponsored mutliple cars over the years and some decent paying races as well in the area in which BGTS resides.
I think it's probably a good idea for him to stay within the sport as a sponsor of some sort because I would think that any sprint car fan that thinks to go out and buy a tree stand looks at Big Game Tree Stands before they go anywhere else.
Who knows, maybe it's bigger and better things for BGTS in racing, Kevin is looking for sponsorship
