Just remembered this question I was wondering about at Nationals: Why was Danny Dietrich driving a #29 instead of his usual #48? Anybody know?

It was a tribute to the Weikert car. Danny ran the scheme at Port Royal for the Weikert race and at Lincoln and Williams Grove one other time that I know of.

Same team and I believe that Mr Weikert was footing the bill (or partial bill) for the Knoxville trip. Weikert is a co-sponsor this year (or portion of the year) but Sandoe's continues as the primary sponser.

Is it true that Jake and his brother no longer work with Danny? Heard that this last weekend.
