I agree with jah42. That nickname (ESPECIALLY) spelled that way) is derogatory to Kyle and his family.

If you would listen to or read the new rule you would know he isn't breaking any rules. The car is on fire and he is in danger so in this case he can get out of the car. If you seen the whole thing you would've seen he didn't leave the area of the car until instructed. He did exactly what the safety personnel told him to do.

I prefered the NorCal Ninja nickname myself. And no, he isn't breaking the rules, that situations is VERY much addressed in the rulebook. I'd expect better trolling out of you.

I thought redyellow was making light-hearted joke, we all know you can get out if there's a fire. But as this plays out across every sanctioning body over several years, will definitely be friction when drivers get out b/c they're pissed, then blame it on a potential fire to try avoid getting a suspension.
