I was there last night and honestly those are the only cars that were even competitive.  The rest of the cars were mostly regulars at Butler.  There were only 19 cars that showed up and only 15 or 16 that started the feature.  By the end of the feature there were probably only 10 or 11 cars still on the track.  I don't like to complain about anything in regards to any racing in general but it was far and away the worst All Stars program I have ever been to.  I know they have had some struggles lately but it was not only lacking car count but the quality just wasn't there either. I know it got added late as a date on the schedule but honestly I assumed last night would be a bigger car count than tonight on account that FAST didn't have a scheduled race last night but Brubaker and Lay were the only two FAST cars there.  I was planning on going back tonight but unless Holtgraver and some of the other regulars attend I don't think I will make the trek.  Blaney won almost uncontested with his back "nerf" bar half bent and dragging/digging on the ground.  I know Michigan notoriously has weak fields for sprint car racing in general but this was just a little discouraging.  The first Butler ASCoC race early in the year was a little light on car count but the overall quality and competition was far better.  Sorry to bitch and complain.  Does anyone know if the field tonight will be a higher car count and or some more "All Star Regulars" will be there like Holtgraver and or Kemenah.  If anyone had any info on the field tonight that would be greatly appreciated.

With the Renegade Series already signing drivers, I doubt they'd venture to support an All Star race. You may be seeing the beginning of the end. Holtgraver was at Lernerville last night, can't speak for others, such as Haud, Kemenah, or Shaffer. Dare we think this is all the support they'll get? Will Dale defect once the year is over and he collects his point fund?

Look for a good race at Atomic  next week, the rebirth of the Freedom 40, its even bringing me back, haven't been there for at least 6 or 7 years.

You only have to remember the " All Star " race last year with only eight cars.  Not eight  "All Stars ".  Eight cars.   Shouldn't a contract include safeguards for all parties involved,  including the fans?

Seen they had one all star tonight, Blaney.  Unless of course you include Haud
