They are wondering why the sprint car car count is down."This is just my opinion." When local racers and traveling racers show up at the track and the first thing is the driver has to pay $55.00 to race if they are not a dirt member - 30.00 for pit pass and 25.00 for a one race membership, thats not helping . Then because WRG ownes the track they make you buy 200.00 set of axle tethers that are arguably a danger to the driver.( who wants to be flipping with loose parts tied to the race car that could reach the driver). There are pros and cons to the tethers depending on what side of the fence you are watching from. I know this is not Lernerville officials fault, but somebody better wake up. The million dollar outlaws are the outlaws and the locals are the locals.Dont worry about the outlaws when they are not there,do whats best for your track and drivers. This also goes for many other tracks in PA. (Western and Central). The World of Outlaws are a great bunch of drivers an owners but they are way above the racing budgets of the local racers and the tracks have to start understanding that.
