Has anyone ever won the big five in the same year? So far, he has won the Kings Royal, Silver Cup, Williams Groove and Knoxville. The Gold Cup at Silver Dollar is the last one. We will see how he does on the tight bullrings where the big motor is not such an advantage. Plus, this race will also have over 100 cars with nearly half being the always tough NorCal drivers.

The Gold Cup is not the last one, Williams Grove has the National Open in October that pays $50,000 which Schatz has won 3 times I believe. Not sure what they are paying to win the World Finals at Lowe's either.

iirc Schats won the Gold Cup last year or the year before...can't remember. I think he's gonna walk away with it this year for sure...He's kinda unstoppable right now... Not to mention he's ROLLING in the dough... So he'll have ultra top of the line stuff... Plus he is a great driver...Just not very fan friendly it seems...I'm pretty sure I didn't hear him thank the fans after the race. That was hilarious though when he decided to not climb the fence. Looks like he's been eating good lately...can't blame him. =D
