I LISTENED TO THE RADIO LAST NIGHT AND I CAN NOT FIGURE OUT HOW THE SET THE THE FEILD FOR TONIGHT.
HERE IS WHAT I KNOW.
HOW MANY MAKE IT OUT OF THE POINTS?
WHAT ARE THE HEATS FOR TODAY?
WHAT ARE THE A ,B, C SCAMBLES?
AND ANYTHING ELSE.

The top 50 in points after Wed/Thurs qualifications make the show on Saturday night. The rest go to the non-qualifiers races on Friday (which this year is run today at noon).
Scrambles - The top ten point-getters for Saturday's A, B and C run scrambles. The scrambles are totally inverted. Points accrued from the scrambles are added to your current point total, and that is how the lineup is set. First in the scramble awards 20 points, second 18, third 16 and so on. In addition you are awarded 1 point for every car you pass.

No heats on Saturday night - just features.
The Scrambles consist of the top ten point cars in each race, respectively. They are inverted, as stated above. For example, the B scramble cars are the car in points position 21-30 after the qualifying nights. The scrambles allow cars/drivers to accumulate additional point to improve their starting position in their feature event - but the scrambles also pay well.
I'm guessing that their won't be a non-qualifiers show this afternoon, since there are only 105 cars that have points at this time, and the top 100 make the main events Saturday evening. But, I could be mistaken.

Oops - I forgot that cars 51-100 in points still have to race today to get seeded in the mains tonight..
