For at least the remaining 'summer hours' events, the following schedule will be in place at all LoneStar Speedway events (which is the exact same schedule we utilized at the last LoneStar event):
Pits open - by 5pm (Race rigs are allowed in the pits if they arrive earlier in the day. During the time when the pits are being cleared, race rigs are not allowed in until the pits reopen)
Grandstands open - by 6pm
Draw Cutoff & Drivers Meeting - 7pm
Track Packing - 7:15pm
Hot Laps - 7:30pm
Opening Ceremonies - 7:55pm (or immediately after hot laps)
First Race - 8pm
We will give drivers the running order of divisions in the drivers meeting, and drivers in the first heat need to stage their cars immediately at the conclusion of hot laps, as after opening ceremonies, we'll jump right into racing.
Please help us to stay on schedule by adhering to these timelines...as the fans really like structure, and by having the drivers meeting before track packing, it helps the sun get a bit lower in the sky before cars go out on it.
