TOPLESS SHOOTOUT UP NEXT ON LONESTAR SCHEDULE – SAT. JUNE 28
Kilgore TX (6/16/14) by DarinShort.com. The highly anticipated, first ever LoneStar Southern Topless Economy Modified Shootout will take place at LoneStar Speedway on Saturday June 28th.
With the juxtaposition of LoneStar Speedway and the Ark-La-Tex and North Texas STEM drivers, this will be a central and ‘equal playing field’ for all drivers, and should make for quite the event, as this will be the first time their cars will hit the ultra-fast, brightly lit and high banked 1/3 mile speedway.
Jared Webb, Shelby Williams, David Smith, Kelly Welborn, Eddie Doggett, Gil Faber, Buba Long, Terry McGary, Ryan Edmonds, Jason Beasley, Larry Osborne, Glenn Farmer, George Clayton, Don Wells, Justin Blackburn, Mike Jordan, Doug Vick, Terry Harris, Randy Hart and Jeffery Beshea are some of the STEM drivers that fans could expect to see at LoneStar Speedway on Saturday June 28th for the LoneStar Southern Topless Economy Modified Shootout.
June 28th will also be Championship Points Round #7 for the Modifieds ($1,000 to win and $100 to start), Limited Modifieds ($500 to win) and Factory Stocks ($300 to win). Beginner Factory Stocks will wrap up the nights’ racing event with a 10-lap feature.
Even with this added attraction, Adult tickets (ages 12-64) are still regular price of $12, with Kids (ages 6-11) $5. Seniors and Active Military are each $10. All pit passes for all ages are $30.
The Pits open at 5pm, Grandstands at 6pm, Draw Cutoff at 7pm, Hot Laps at 7:30pm and Racing at 8pm.
