Before making any assumptions, I am not a "posse vs. Outlaws debate type of fan. I just like good, hard, competitive racing. Williams Grove is not worth the price of admission anymore. Dry track. Terrible racing. No upgrades for the fans for years. Maybe if she spent a little less money on shit that the fans don't really give a damn for (fireworks) and worried more about track prep and what people actually pay money to see, this place would be decent again. I'll tell ya, if Port Royal ran every Friday night, you would never see me at the Grove. End rant.

This was the first time I've been back since last July...Believe me, this weekend was a grim reminder as to why I left...
On a positive note, the security company that is currently in place is a lightyear improvement over the ones they've had in years past...
Opinions may vary...

I made my first trip to The Grove the week before the Outlaws showed up. The racing was typical half mile racing very few passes follow the leader until he steps on it. I have sat through many nights that way at Knoxville as well. What I will say is the place was clean, the food was good and most important the bathrooms were clean. The fact they had a bathroom attendant was amazing coming from the Midwest and Cali. Most tracks around the country you would rather shit your pants than sit on thier toliet.
