What started out to be a rainy, dreary, and wet night turned into great night of racing for the hearty bunch of fans that turned out for the races Friday night.
A few umbrella's poped out for a while but the showers were light and the race cars were out on the track as the light shower fell and worked the moisture into the track and hot laps went on as scheduled.
The racing as usual was good throughout the classes with a couple of lead changes in every class.
All winners were repeat winners for the year, each one had to work for the win waiting and taking advantage of a situation on the track to take the win.
It is time for a rainy night in the river bottoms with some fast action at lakeside Speedway.
