With all these new rules regarding specific part numbers and all that, and all of the different tracks they go to throughout the season, and all the different cars that race with them, how tight do they do tech. I know the rules say you must have seat part number xxxxxxxx and all the other parts, but do they really go look at each car for those speceific part numbers?

Such as the Attica race on the 30th. Will the regular Friday Attica sprints be able to race if they dont have the right part numbers etc?

Only numbers the WoO look at are the ones on the scales.

So the rules say seat, stops, tethers, mufflers, etc must be certain part numbers, but they don't check to see if you're compliant with anything other than weight?
