What are you guys doing for knee guards when using a half box? I'm taller so my right knee needs a little help. I noticed in the Roth car when Lasoski was driving it, he had a tube going from the side of the gear all the way to the old mount in the chassis. KSE says they don't offer that but I was hoping someone could fill me in on where to get one of these at so that I can continue to use my full knee guards that I have been using with my deadtube gears.

When I went to a half box I had a bracket made and welded to the knee brace and clamp it to the chassis to the right of my knee. Works great

The knee guard for the half box still allows my right knee to bang around off stuff. I have long legs not to mention I am almost 6'2". Most drivers knees cant reach the steering box, mine rest on the box. I have found the carbon fiber knee guards are the most comfortable for me but need something to attach it to on the right. Anyone know how I can contact Roth to ask where they got whatever that was they had. It actualy looked like a dead tube bolted in.
