I posted this very question a few weeks back with the Stockton race was announced. Im guessing the $3,000 to win will drag a few off the bench for the night. Otherwise, i dont see any locals leaving their tracks, unless its teams that are not in a points chance already. Possibly a few CW stragglers that dont run anywhere regularly, and those from the central valley. I think 15-20 cars, max.

I'll never complain about having too many sprint car races, but I think your concern is warranted. There are not enough cars for 5 tracks to have full fields on the same night. I bet two or three of these tracks get only 12 to 15 cars, and no one gets more than 25.

Will the purse structure at Stockton ($3,000 to win, etc.) be dependent on the car count?

Wouldn't shock me to see TK show up at Stockton.
