Yes  , my question is   do track operators   care  about fans  , yes  , some do  , but others  don't   as  you can see   at  numerous tracks  , just look around at them . But then fans  support  a   track solely because  of its  good racing , or cause its close by , or is  it  that   our fans  are very passionate about racing .

Considering all the free time that you have devoted to this subject, pick out one thing for each track that you visit that you would change...Other than that, your sounding more and more like the boy who called wolf...

Opinions may vary...

Yes, they care about their customers like any other business but contrary to the prevailing opinion they are in business to turn a profit.  That is becoming increasingly difficult for track operators.  Expenses, insurance, upkeep, and employee costs continue to rise.  There aren't as many cars at a lot of the weekly tracks so that cuts into the pie a little bit further.  It's a tough business and the soft economy is starting to wear on a lot of the weekly tracks around the country.  I know that this is a Sprint board but if the weekly programs that host Sprint specials shut their doors it still affects us.  It's getting tough for the promoters.

If Williams Grove actually had an owner with some common sense it would easily be a top 3 dirt/sprint car track in the country.

Chico use to be a premier Track and now its been run to the ground in every way.  No money put into track what so ever. Sad.  Take take take!!!
