LoneStar SUPR Mem’l Day 50 – SUNDAY, May 25th

Kilgore TX (5/6/14) by DarinShort.com. The ever popular SUPR Late Model series makes their first stop of the 2014 racing season to the 1/3 mile high-banks of LoneStar Speedway (LSS) in Kilgore, on Sunday May 25th with the 5th running of the “Memorial Day 50.”

Fans can expect another standout field of SUPR Late Model drivers, such as current point’s leader Jon Mitchell; Rob Litton, Jeff Chanler, Patrik Daniel, Robbie Stuart, Chad Comer, Tyler Erb, Shane Hebert, Rick Duke Jr., Allen Tippen; plus many more of the regions’ top drivers.

Plus, all three LSS points divisions will be in action, which include $1,000 to win Modifieds, $500 to win for the Limited Modifieds and $300 to win for the Factory Stocks. Complete purse breakdown and rules are posted at the track website. Non-qualifier money is also paid to all race divisions, and there is no entry fee for the LSS points divisions.

Here are some quick facts for the SUNDAY May 25th LoneStar Speedway event:

-Pits open at 4pm, Grandstands open at 5pm, Draw Cut off at 6:30pm sharp, Hot laps at 7pm.

-General Admission just $17 (ages 12 to 64)

-Kids (ages 6-11) just $5

-Ages 5 and under admitted free with adult admission

-Active Military or Senior (Ages 65+): General Admission $15

-Upgrade any ticket to the Reserved Section for $5 per person

-All Pit Passes $30

-No outside food/drink coolers are allowed inside; a full selection of economically priced food concessions, including beer, are available

Kilgore TX (5/21/14) by DarinShort.com. Here is your race week update for this Sunday’s (May 25th) SUPR Late Model series event at LoneStar Speedway (LSS) in Kilgore; featuring the 5th running of the “Memorial Day 50.”

Joining the Late Models will be a complete LSS points program for Modifieds ($1,000/win and $100/start), Limited Modifieds ($500/win and $60 to start) and Factory Stocks ($300/win and $40 to start).

Current NOAA forecasts show dry conditions throughout the day and evening Sunday, with race time temperatures in the low 80’s, dropping to the low 70’s by the final checkers are thrown.
