You could tell if you listened closely to Jarrett and the boy's in the booth that they wished it could have been one of the young southern boy's up front (especially young Elliott) as they critiqued him all the way to the checkers.

Rusty Wallace who was in the booth called Kyle " the real deal " .
I listened close, never heard Dale Jarrett once.

Thanks, I think you're right. Now maybe if I had sat through the whole race....
A kid who checks at the store I go to and who I bug and often to go to a Sprint Car race, just told me last night I was right about "that Larson from Sprints you've been telling me about".
Am I now righter?

I managed to "watch" the entire race in about 32 minutes. Thank goodness for DVR and the fast forward feature. The young lad did outdrive two of the best and most aggressive drivers in the business.
