Campbell, Dewease, Hannagan, Lasoski, Paulus, Dollansky, Stewart, Shaffer, Hodnett, Sides, Kemenah, Jacobs, Solwold, Pittman and a last year Qualifying night Winner Fred Rahmer.
I hope you were joking about handing it to him. Cause if you weren't I want what you are smoking.

I'd be willing to wager a little if you want.....
You can have Donny Schatz and I'll take the field to earn the most points on Weds evening.
$20?

No doubt Thursday is loaded. Kinser, Saldana, Meyers, Mcmahon, McCarl, Tatnell, Keading, Madsen, Haud, J Johnson, W Johnson, Brown, Henderson, K Jacobs, Shepard, S Smith, plus a few other Outlaws. I'm sure many of the teams would rather run Thurs, but man this lineup seems pretty unbalanced to me. I think Wed 5 or 6 guys have a shot but Thurs looks like at least 12-15 guys could take it.

I can count 14 Outlaw winners other than Donny on Wednesday, not too shabby. Take It Easy.....

Wow, are you joking? Wednesday weak?
Wednesday drivers with a possibility of being high points man - Schatz, Dewease, Dollansky, Kemenah, Lasoski, Pittman, Rahmer
Thursday drivers with a possibility of being high points man - Jacobs, Johnson, Kinser, Madsen, McMahon, McCarl, Meyers, Saldana
Schatz will not be high points on Wednesday. He may start up front after the scramble, but he won't be high points Wednesday. I will say 3rd in points Wednesday, 5th overall going into the A Scramble.

Maybe just a hair unbalanced, but come on it will be tough either night. I hope Schatz does get the check, but no way should it be written yet Moran83.

I hate to say it because I DONT want to see Donny win but Wednesday is pretty strong too. You have never been to the Nationals or are get too drunk if you dont think a guy like Skip Jackson, Mark Dobmeier, Shane Stewart, or many others could gain some big points. These guys are always quick out there and could get a quick lap and put Donny down 6 or so spots easy. Will Donny win that night? Who knows that is why they run the race. Hell, a few years ago, none of the big stars would of been near the A on their night if they didnt decide to reset the times AFTER ALL CARS were qualified. Many of the locals had great times and the big shots were major behind in points but the a few regular whiners cried to the WOO officials until the night was a complete do over. So you never know what could happen.
Life's short, race hard!!!

Honestly, I would rather run Thursday based on those lists. Don't forget, Wednesday is almost always a heavier track, harder to pass, harder to make it up to top 4 in those heats when the track is heavy. Looks pretty even to me.

Nice job by Knoxville of balancing the field...looks like odd and even split in points again...
If this post isn't results, stories or something c
constructive, it isn't me!

Yeah, I think they did a good job. Should be competitive. I'm not going as far as saying it will be good racing though.

Rhamer is always very strong on his qualifying night...
Wouldn't it be a neat side story to have TK ond Steve pitted next to one another on Thursday?
Can't Wait!!!!!!!!!!!

Moron83-your crazy.
I don't believe there has ever been a prelim night at the nationals that was decidedly easier, unless you count the prelim nights that Kinser wasn't in during his dominant years. With the Outlaws, Pa guys, Ohio guys and Cali guys in the race every year, every prelim night is tough.
