Need some info on dirt tracks/sprints near the Baltimore area.  Will be in Baltimore area the first weekend in April.  Looking for races within a couple hours drive time.  Had the pleasure of experiencing Williams Grove last July.  Certainly worth a return visit.  And I have heard of Port Royal.  So anyone with info/comments/suggestions on Fri/Sat/Sun night sprint car racing the firt weekend of April near Baltimore/Pennsylvania please share.  Many thanks..............

I've seen good racing at both.  If you are looking to stay within an hour or so of Baltimore then the only track to consider is Lincoln.  Port Royal and Selinsgrove are nice tracks but they are a 2 1/2 to 3 drive for me to get up that way and I live over in Frederick MD.  To me Port Royal/Selinsgrove are just too far to make a run up and back in the same day (5-6 hours of just driving).  Hope to see you in April my friend.

Thanks kossuth, and everybody else.  If my schedule works, I can leave Baltimore noonish on Fri, thought I would venture up to Williams Grove, had my first visit there last year, but wow, what an experience.  And drift down to Lincoln on Saturday, looks like a great program.  So looking forward to visiting a new PA track...come on weather gods...

Correct, and if you like the racing at Port, save the fuel and ticket price and hang out on an overpass by I-95... Smile
