 MAJOR PERRIS AUTO SPEEDWAY STOCK CAR & SPRINT CAR ANNOUNCEMENT SUNDAY ON KCBQ!

(Perris, CA, February 7, 2014) Perris Auto Speedway promoter Don Kazarian is set to make major announcements regarding the track’s PASSCAR Stock Car Series and November’s 19^th Annual Budweiser Oval Nationals this Sunday night, February 9^th, on Dave Stall’s “San Diego Motorsports Radio Show” on KCBQ AM.

“We have some very exciting news for fans, drivers and teams that we are going to announce on Sunday night,” Kazarian stated on Friday. “Dave Stall and his “San Diego Motorsports Show” are big supporters of what we do at Perris Auto Speedway so we are pleased to make these announcements with him this weekend.  We hope everyone tunes in to hear what we have in store.  There should be quite a lot of smiles and excitement once we lay out these plans.”

The San Diego Motorsports show airs live from 9:00 to 10:00 PM Pacific Standard Time every Sunday night on “Intelligent Talk” KCBQ 1170.  Fans around the globe can listen live online at:  http://www.kcbq.com/.  Listeners in the San Diego area can also listen on the radio by tuning to 1170 on the AM dial.

The exciting 19^th consecutive season of racing at America’s première dirt oval is just around the corner.  There will be a practice session for all cars on February 22^nd that will be free for fans in the grandstands beginning at 4:00 PM.  The PASSCAR Stock Car Series will open its campaign on March 1^st.  Two weeks later on March 15^th, the USAC/CRA Sprint Cars, PAS Senior & Young Gun Sprints and California Lightening Sprints will make their début on March 15^th.  Night of Destruction #1 will be on March 29^th.  The “So Cal Sprint Car Spectacular,” featuring the World of Outlaws, USAC/CRA Sprint Cars and PAS Senior Sprints, will happen on April 12^th.  It will be the Outlaws only appearance in Southern California in 2014 and the final So Cal appearance of the “King of the Outlaws,” Steve Kinser, who is retiring as a full time series driver at the end of the season.

Camping for all events at The PAS is available for $25.00 per night.  The campground will open at noon on Friday.  Tailgating in the spectator parking lot will begin at 1:00 PM for all PAS events as well.
