For some reason the site will not let me embed the video directly like I used to. Here is the link. I used the "old embed code" but it wont work to put the video here. Can this not be done anymore?

I suggest that you do not watch this on your phone. It is over 22 minutes long so make sure you have the time to sit back and relax. This is meant to be watched on a computer at a minimum. If you have a hook up to a large TV go for it and dim the lights, crank up the sound and have a snack.
