Nice work boys at MAVTV and my Good Friends, Rob Klepper, Dave, Stout and the rest of the guys.    Good production

smooth transistions and moved along nicely.  Excited to see Dave Despain, from Iowa I might add, new TV show.

See you guys next year.

tried the free stream and I was pleased. Wished mavtv was part of the local cable package here so I can see what they got thru out the year .

I don't aim to please.
I aim to hit the target.

A+.I already got my moneys worth from subscribing to MAV-TV.Dave D.and Dave A. are two of the best.To see 300 racers show that its not about money but real racing is refreshing.I hope the top drivers can still compete at these kind of events and not worry about what their sponser and car owners want as Dave Despain talked with Kasey Kane about. In the top level[NASCAR] it is about the money. All grassroots racing in general  benefit from LucasOils involvement.

These guys know how to do it right and they made it feel like a big time event! What was the name of that other channel?

As someone who was relegated to a pub to watch because Mav TV is not available in my area without completely changing my television provider I was forced to watch it with no audible audio.   With that said, I would've liked to have seen more graphics in the picture when they were interviewing someone, other than showing me it was Dave Argabright, or who ever it was.

Driver introductions (assumed it happened, as I had no sound) when they were coming out of the tunnel should have included everyone in the show, (with a graphics of who it was) instead of just a few, and Dave Despain on the screen talking.

This is nothing against Dave and Dave, because it was great to see them.

the programming was good, just needed a little tweaking in my instance..

in hindsight, I probably should have stayed home and watched the pirated stream on the internet. (I tested the link before I left)  it sounds like almost everyone else did that didn't have access to the channel

i like what Mav TVis doing, I hope they become more mainstream.

I had a friend who watched both the PPV Tues-Fri and the MavTV production on Sat say that the MavTV people could take a few lessons.   He thought they used too tight of camera shots and focused too much on one or two cars at a time.

Ummm, a lot better than having to pay for it.  I'm not bitchin'.  I thought it was fantastic.....Great production except for maybe one of the most boring of interviews.  Figure that one out......

I'm not going to bitch at all about the broadcast, just to have it televised again makes me estatic!   Yeah they might need some tweakng, and that will come with time and experience. They're still fairly young on the scene, they'll get better. What i want to do is give a huge THANK YOU to Forrest Lucas for stepping up and creating a channel that gives us gearheads a place to watch racing again. I dumped Charter for Directv just to get Mavtv and i'd do it again in a heartbeat! Now i can watch ASCS sprints, Indiana wingless sprints and a myriad of shows that used to be on Speed years ago, not to mention off~road, drag boats, motocross etc. THANK YOU Forrest And Lucas oil!

Im trying to figure out if the "stream" was planted by MAVTV to attract the viewers that didnt have the channel, or did MAVTV purposely allow it to air on Justin.TV ?  Either way it was a great marketing stragety. A no cost way to attract new interest to the channel. It wasnt a ppv so there were no dollars lost and the advertisers had to be watched. As I said before win win situation. Hopefully in the future they will include more open wheel events. T-Dub is proof that customers are willing to change their provider, or force the others to add MAVTV to their channel line up. Another option would be for MAVTV to offer an online subscription for a couple bucks a month. I would pay that and just watch it through my computer on my TV. If the MAVTV reps are reading this why dont you contact Dirtvision ? They want their product viewed and often have dificulties streaming it online.

It was nice to sit back at home and watch the race.  Only thing I didn't care for is some of their camera switching.  Too many times when something was heating up they would switch to something else.  One major instance was turns 3 and 4 on the last lap of the B main!  Cars are battling for the ladt transfer spot and next thing you see is Cottle up on his nose...that sucked!

There was no bitching,  just an interesting observation on the two different production styles and which one he preferred.
