Is it just a recap of Cody Darrah's last 3 seasons?

On my way Friday to see them play Anaheim! Taking my son for his first time--it was his Christmas present. Glad you had a good time. I have one more game in late March--wish I could go more but I am 2-1/2 hours away and it feels like I have to save up for months to afford to go! Not a cheap outing!

You are correct, it is SUCH an expensive deal. I was lucky as I was treated by my Daughter. Front row, 200 level. I brought 60 bucks and came home with 53. Have fun Friday......I have season tickets for Lambeau and I go maybe once every two years. Just can't afford to go, and do it up right. We don't know how lucky we are to have local short tracks and their relatively 'cheap' seats....

I do get asked quite often when I will make one of those. I have yet to make one out of the 6 years I have from IRA, Kville, All-Stars, WoO and all the support classes that go along with it. They do sell like hot cakes as I have seen in the past from other video guys.

I just saw a news clip that they say that for a family of 4 to go to a NFL football game the cost of everything ends up being around $500. They did the story because the playoff tickets were selling horribly in most cases and local businesses ended up stepping up and buying the remaining so that the game wouldn't be locally blacked out. My gut reaction is let them black it out then if thats the NFL's policy and the tickets aren't selling, but this is what always happens. It seems like the NFL and its owners have some things to think about because it appears they are close to shooting themselves in the foot and this whole future injury issue isn't going away anytime soon either. The other interesting thing is the NFL organization itself is considered a Non-Profit organization.

One problem the Packers had in selling out fast was that when they mailed the invitation to opt in for any possible playoff tickets, you had to pay for all games that were at all possible. Host a wild card game, host a divisional playoff game and the conference championship game. You had to submit money for all 3 games, and for how many tickets you wanted, which would be the same for every game. With the NFL formula, there was an amount you would pay, and if they ended up NOT hosting those games, the money not used would then be credited to your season ticket account. In past years, they gave you an option of having your money sent back to you as soon as they knew the tickets wouldn't be needed. I'm sorry, I'm keeping my money, in MY bank account. This, is why I think tickets sold slowly.

Sounds similar to a lot of stores attempts to make it as difficult as possible to get a refund for a return, instead they want to give store credit. That always bugs me too. I can see why you'd be reluctant to commit as your probably talking about a pretty goof chunk of change.
