I suggest going to the Chili Bowl site and look it up or call their number.  In the past, I believe it has been $100 for a prefered parking permit for the entire event.  Also, a HEADS UP to everyone attending!  The city of Tulsa (they now have jurisdiction) just passed a law, raising the fine for parking in a handicap parking space, without a tag or permit from around $100 to $500 big ones!! In addition, they can have your vehicle towed, adding more expense.  Also in the past, it seems that the handicap space law has never been inforced, therefore most just ignore it.  Don't get caught,  IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PERMIT, DON'T PARK THERE!

As an above knee amputee dependent on a prosthesis, I hope that anyone parking in a handicap spot is not only towed and fined but that all four of their tires and their spare are flat when they recover their vehicle!

Tucson  I don't wish anything bad on anyone. lets just hope they learn to do the right thing.and hope the fine is enough to teach them a lesson! I have a friend also above the knee amputee also missing 3 fingers on right hand. he refuses to carry a handicaped permit or use one!although we both get mad when perfectly able lazzy people use those parking spaces. I'm glad the fine has been raised,

ANYONE who illegally parks in a handicap space should have the vehicle towed and impounded, period.
