Have I missed if they have said their plans for 2014 or are we still waiting to hear? Thanks!

Just Sammy is my guess.
Maybe a local car so Tod can see it more often than he has the last 3 years too?? But, Shane Stewart turned that offer down to go with Larson/Marks Racing instead.

Last I heard was Sammy full time and another part time team. But no one seems to have any concrete news of what is going on. Sammy is definitely in though.

Now that will be a team to watch all year, especially with backing from Big Game (if that happens) Sundby is one of the smartest crew chiefs ain the business and Henderson holds it to the floor.

Put Kevin in the second Big Game car would be something I would look at.

Confirmed: 2014 Sammy WoO
Unconfirmed: Will see Kevin in a 2nd Big Game car a few times, or many races in 2014 depending on asphalt commitments.
Like the King in 2014 may see Sammy have a farewell WoO tour in 2015

From what i was told it will be Meyers 2014 part time selected shows and full time 2015. Thats the skuttle in the sprint car community where Meyers resides.

The Jason Meyers thought was being thrown around after he was on Winged Nation and was talking about running more this season and running weekends mainly but staying competitive enough to run the Nationals again. So when Stewart chose LarsonMarks over Big Game I think we all thought it was a matter of time until it was announced.
I've had a thought process of Kevin taking over a ride a little myself. I think after his great performance this year at Knoxville we all want to see more Kevin. He adds a fire into the sport that we haven't had for a while. I think we all would like to see Kevin more involved if he's not running asphalt and maybe running Knoxville most of the time is a good move for him.
Justin Henderson - this is something I hadn't thought much about myself. I like the thought process and its an interesting suggestion Justin has turned into quite the driver the last few years. I think Justin is proof that every driver that wants to make it as a Sprint Car driver should pull out to PA for a season or two to learn how to race against 15 or more tough drivers every night without actually having to deal with traveling. I think his time there tripled his ability and growth as a driver.
Clint Garner might be one to kind of throw out there as a Wild Card, if the 2nd Big Game car is going to stay local, maybe throwing some money Garner's way would be the way to go. If they have intentions on pulling back for a year or two and then going back on tour or taking over for Sammy after 2015 like hinted at above this is probably a 0% chance

I agree with everhard, put Solwold in it.
He made the BWW 82 look good inspite of the crew chief.

Kevin has been a threat to win almost EVERY time he has sat behind a sprint car in 2013. I think he or Meyers would be the best choice.
Am I missing something here when it comes to Sundby and Justin?? I figured they were still together.

IF (and right now, it is definetely and IF), Tod decides to have a car run locally (or in the midwest), as a car owner, I think he's concerned about having someone that will represent his company well, win races, and not overspend their budger.
Drivers I would consider based on those criteria:
Bronson Maeschen - good rep, runs well, and has done it on a budget since he started racing
Lasoski - he's gonna win a bunch of races for you - has run teams in the past
McCarl - ditto - but is the relationship completely broken??
Henderson - consistently fast, speaks well, not sure if he has ever had to run a team though (he always has driven for someone)
Meyers - slam dunk on all fronts
I know there are others that I didn't mention that would do well also.

If hes looking for references he may want to check with Tony Stewart on the Lasoski thing. But hes obviously wayyyyy sharper than i am judging by the balances in our checkbooks.
