My obsession with the Ford thing dwarfs out sport's obsession with the chevy thing.  Thanks for noticing my efforts.

Its not an obsession on everyone elses part, its the fact that the chevy small block motors and parts are readily available and more cost effective. WoO level is actually a poor example because there is alot of money in it and if they wanted they can afford to put money into another brand but why when the Chevy block produces results, the better example is going to your local race track and looking at what those divisions have for motors, the majority are small block chevy's and that is because they are less expensive and also are proven to be very durable. For every 10 Chevy's you will find 1 mopar or Ford motor and if you started talking to that guy about the cost to build that motor it was probably twice as much as a small block Chevy would have been. Actually the Mopar motors produce very good power, from what I know they will produce more horsepower at a lower RPM, its just back to the thing that cost and part availability limit there use. There is not a conspiracy here, just simple economics.
