According to your link, Turner Scotts Motorsports car failed post race inspection. Kyle actually drives for Chip and they lease the ride for Kyle to gain experience.

Seems as if everytime Kyle is in the #32, a post race inspection is failed. Appears as if the crew chief is pushing the envelope to determine what NASCAR will allow. As Rich Vogler stated, you cannot determine the edge until you go over it!

I believe the Nationwide Champ's (AKA 2014 Cup ROY) passed inspection, yes?

That is a fine hat too - looks awesome in it. My 6 year-old nephew dressed as a cowboy this past Halloween too!! What a coincidence!

The same violation that virtually every team gets penalized for every year. It was probably 1/32" too low. And to the point of Dillon..so nice to see he is so proud of winning a championship without winning a race. Isn't that what Kenseth got butchered for when he won his?

This is why this rule has already been determined that it will not apply next year so what do they have to lose. They are gearing up the setups for next year.

$10,000 fine, couldn't have been to bad of a infraction with that small of a fine.
