Cocopah Pay Per View IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Posted on: November 9th, 2013 by rb_admin

(Somerton, AZ) –  Thank you for joining us for Live Pay Pay Per View coverage of the Lucas Oil ASCS Sprint Car Dirt Series season finale at Cocopah Speedway.  Racing continues Saturday night at  approximately 8:00 p.m. CST (7:00 p.m. local MST).  Pre-Race Show begins the webcast each night at 6:45 MST.  We’ll begin streaming at approximately 6:15 MT on Saturday night.

Please read the following so you will be informed on how to prepare for the webcasts and what to do in case of trouble viewing the races this weekend.

PRELIMINARY:  The newer the computer, the better experience you’ll have viewing our PPV.  Higher end processing power makes Live Pay Per View more enjoyable and satisfying.   Make certain you have a high quality broadband internet connection.  You can test it by going to SpeedTest.net.  Anything less than 1.5 download speed will result in possible buffering and problems enjoying the full effect of the viewing experience.  Make sure you have at east 1.75 mbps Download Speed on your connection.

Mobile devices need to have a 4G connection, and if you do have 4G, make sure it’s set there and not where it can revert to 3G.

PURCHASING: You do not have to be a paid premium member of RacinBoys to purchase this weekend’s Pay Per View from Cocopah, but you will need to register at minimum as a PitPass free member, if you already haven’t done so this year.   Once you’re logged in, you can make the purchase by clicking the top banner, or the “Live PPV ASCS Cocopah Nov 8-9″  button.

Once you click the “Watch or Purchase Now” on the schedule page, it will take you to a second page where you’ll see Buy tabs for Night 1 Only, Night 2 Only or “Buy Package” for both days, it will take you to a PayPal page which is as secure an on-line purchasing platform as there is on the internet.  If you do not already have a PayPal account, just click “Don’t have PayPal Account?’ link and it will take you to the credit card fields.  When you have everything filled out and completed the purchase, Bring back RacinBoys.com on another window, click the top banner or the “Live PPV ASCS Cocopah Nov 8-9″ button on the home page and you’ll find PPV Schedule page and the “Watch or Purchase Now” tabs.

If you’ve registered as a new member and haven’t received the password by e-mail, contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] and we’ll get you a temporary password to log in.  You should also receive an e-mail confirming your purchase has been made.

CAPTCHA

When registering for the first time, you’ll see a captcha field.  This is designed for increased security and elimination of automatic spam registrations.  Just complete the math problem.  Example:  When you see +3=7, just enter 4 in the field.

VIEWING: Make certain your internet browser is updated to its latest version and the latest version of Adobe Flash is installed.  Once in a while, you may experience some limited buffering which is to be expected from time-to-time as internet connections are so unpredictable.  If it becomes constant, make sure you have enough from your ISP to handle the demand from you and others on the same connection, clear out your cache on your browser, close out the browser, re-launch, log back in and open player.

If you’re accessing the internet by WIFi, unplug router and modem then power up again beginning with modem then router.  Straight Ethernet connection is always preferable to WiFi for maximum reception.

We’ve found Google Chrome is the most reliable browser, followed by Firefox, then Internet Explorer, but again make sure you have the latest versions.  Safari is good for MAC users.

LISTENING:  Check to make sure mute buttons are off and you can hear audio on other sources such as the YouTube video we have on the home page.

E-mail us at [email protected] and we’ll help as quickly as we can. If there are issues on our end, we’ll communicate through the chat room to keep everyone informed.

Thank You!
