I apologize in advance for the negative tone...
Dang it, why does this track always have to be shit!?! Such a special event, yet the track surface continues to be a let-down. I can already smell the rubber!
Time to call Chris Dunkin!

Good thing they decided to call it The Dirt Track at Charlotte otherwise it could become confusing with people mistaking it for a small paved oval.

If you go look at the daily schedule for the event, you would understand what the hell is going on.

My complaint about the track is how rough it was. I have never seen a track so bad at any of the 20 or so WOO shows I've ever been to. There should not be cars crashing while trying to quailfy. Smooth is all I ever ask for, racing or watching.

First and only place I've ever seen one and it works. They need the Tulare Harro. The spinning windmill that drags Behring the tractor. Fixes the track right up.
We need more sprint car racing at our home track.

Yes, but look at the bright side--after you find out who is going to be sitting on the pole, you can beat the traffic and go home. After all, that's your winner. Am I right?

Track was treacherous, but it did stay pretty equal over both time trial runs.
