David exhibits a lot of driving skills & talent!! The BWW #82 was properly set-up properly, and the car obviously ran well!! This team shows an extraoridnary amount of resiliance by overcoming injuries, getting "caught-up" in some wrecks, and, like all teams, experiencing the normal dosage of just plain "tuff-luck". Quite possibly, for the BWW #82 team - - this could be the right of combination of chemistry in ownership, management, driver, strategy, etc. Johnny Herrera also displayed a healthy portionof "grit" by finishing 3rd after incurring lots of damage on his car the night before in El Paso. Also noteworthy is that the always hard-working Jeff Swindell captured yet another top-10 finish. An excellent race program with lots-O-talent!!

A good person too.  Always has time to spend with you no matter how good or bad the day has gone.  I'm very happy for him to be running so well.

David will be in the 89g for the world finals. The 6 was all the 89g stuff just had the 6 on the car for points reasons. Its going to be the last hoorah for the 89g and his mopar motors!

Gravel has shown this season that he will be a force to recon with in the future. I hope David gets his engine loan for the World Finals, but also hope a big sponsor lands in his lap this off season, so he can run the full outlaw tour again.

Congrats on the 2013 World of Outlaw rookie of the year, kid.

As far as Gravel goes I think in the 5 or so short years he has been running with ok equiptment
compared to a lot of the competition he has done very well.  The last four weeks he has also proved when put in better equiptment he can really run with the best and get the job done.  I have heard too that unfortunatly his 89G ride is coming to end do to lack of sponsorship.  Hopefully someone picks this kid up and gives him an opprtunity to see what he can do with top shelf equipment.  He certainly showed us that on Saturday night.

I wasn't there. The last two sprintcar races I saw were the Trophy cup and the KWS race at Stockton. I heard there was PPV for the STN, but didn't get it, if that's what you were asking.

Has anbody picked this kid up yet?  I can't believe with the moves that have already been made nobody has picked him up.  It just doesn't make sense if he is still not taken.
