How can you get in touch with Jerry Russell and JR1? I've seen the chassis on display twice but both times I failed to get contact info.

There is nothing wrong with Eagle or JR-1. You base your statement on Sammy S. problems with Eagle built cars. I was told that the Eagle built cars of Sammy were built with changes made to chassis that Sammy wanted. They are not same car as others would buy. Steve Kinser has had all kinds of problems, but does not blame MAXIM. He says it is just alot of unknown problems with one on top of another.

I was told the Eagle chassis Big Game tried were a couple specially built with Sammy specs and a couple factory spec. They never complained about the Eagle chassis. They only switched back to Maxim because they were struggling badly and made wholesale changes trying firgure out their problems. Sammy has said all season it isnt either chassis brand its the tires this season he is having problems with. You might as well throw Saldana into this catagory having the same issues.

You have to be pretty gullible to believe that line of BS or to not think that is 100% driven by PR. It would only make sense if you could not make wholesale changes to an Eagle. Which you can. Which they did. And it still did not work. The last thing a team would try is a chassis switch only after they have tried everything else, and still can't make the chassis work.
It's even more crazy that Sammy changed out of an Eagle. He's on the Speedway payroll, and still deep-sixed the Eagle chassis ... even though Eagle is owned by Speedway. Sammy has raced for decades, and can make any car fast. But not the Eagle. If there ever was a statement to a chassis not working, that is it.

Speedway does not own Eagle. Eagle is owned by an Austrslian I think his name is Mann. Eagle and Speedway got together and the relocation worked out for both. Sammy is not on Speedways payroll. Sammy has his product line just like any other manufacturer that Speedway sells. His products are made for him with his name on them but everything he sells can be bought from others manuf. that are just about the same. There is no high Tech involved.
