My goggles are getting too scratched and need a new pair.  Any suggestion on where/what to buy.  Is there anything available at Wallymart etc.

Thanks

You can get these in a prescription or with out....Clear or tinted.... They work great for me in Afghanistan. http://www.opticsplanet.com/wileyx-rx-sunglasses.html?gclid=CMze9fzGo7oCFcnm7AodphQAXg&ef_id=UlyG1AAABFgcVbkM:20131019184407:s

I use some saftey glasses that we had to use in refinery's for awhile.  They are only $5 and have foam around the edges, they work great.

I always just grabbed a supercheap pair of swim goggles from wally world when I needed something cheap and quick...not the swim mask with the nose cover just regular swim goggles.... wouldn,t work very well over eyeglsses though.

Loose is when you hit the wall with the rear of the
car, tight is when you hit the wall with the front of
the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and
torque is how far you move the wall.

Just a Idea, but, isnt Fattheads a large supporter of sprintcars and Bacons team? In this pursuit of a frame your looking for try give a kickback to the supporters of our sport, maybe thier price is more than your budget has in mind, but,  just contacting them shows thier support/sponsorship is getting seen. or maybe they have exactly what your looking for?   agreed, I commonly leave two or three pairs of safety glasses laying in the trailer from previous job sites i have worked, if the crew remembers its about to get dusty, they will grab a set before leaving the trailer. trouble is they never find thier way back or get so scratched up husseled around in the trailer they get tossed pretty frequently..  cheapie  $5 units..

If you wear glasses, one way to wear your glasses at the track and have goggles is go to you Motocross Bike dealer and get a pair of OVER THE GLASSES MOTOCROSS Goggles. I raced Motocross wearing Glasses and use them. I use Scott style 87 but you can use any type Over the Glasses Motocross Goggles. The nice thing with them is you can put tear offs on them and also change out the lense if it gets scratched. Also most of the lenses are anti fog.

Fatheadz is a sponsor of several Sprint car racers. They are based out of Indiana. Great company! I bought a pair earlier this year. Love them! They are what the name implies.Glasses for people with fat heads. Very nice glasses! I believe they have goggles as well. Check them out!
