Rossburg, OH – Brady Bacon persevered through a long night of racing at Eldora Speedway to pick up a victory with the BOSS Sprints on Saturday night. Bacon competed in three divisions over the evenings events, with 410 winged, 360 winged and 410 non wing sprint cars all on the agenda.

After making the A Main in both winged divisions, Bacon set sail for a win in the wingless group after winning his heat race in the Fatheadz Eyewear #9 Triple X. Starting in the eighth position, Bacon knew early on that he had a car that worked anywhere on the big fast ½” mile clay oval. He quickly worked his way to third position, and began battling with Luke Hall and Matt Westfall for the top spot. After finding good but not great moisture on the bottom of the speedway, Brady took to the top and planted his right rear on the cushion in an attempt to pass both Hall and Westfall in one shot. The gambit paid off, as Brady shot straight out of corner four around the outside to take the lead on the 9th lap. Deftly maneuvering his car in and out of traffic, the “Broken Arrow Bandit” put lapped car after lapped car in his wake as he cruised to the 25 lap nonstop victory.

“It’s been a really long night and I’m ready to go to bed” said a smiling winner in victory lane. “I’m really really comfortable running non-wing here at Eldora, and a lot of that comes from running the Hoffman Auto Racing car this year. I can’t thank them enough as well as the other sponsors that have stood behind us this long in Fatheadz, OEM, Tel Star Communications, PPM, Keizer Wheels and Triple X.”

Brady Bacon Racing heads South to round out the month of October, with winged and non-wing events coming up in Texas, Arizona and California. Brady would like to thank his wife Xia Xianna as well as the rest of his family and crew for their support this season, and encourages his fans to support his sponsors such as Wesmar, Smiley’s Racing Products, Butlerbuilt, Triple X and many more.
