Former Charlotte Motor Speedway promoter H.A. “Humpy” Wheeler is Scott and Kirk’s guest on October 12th edition of “Track Talk,” brought to you by McCarthy Auto Group. Wheeler has started a new program called “Speedway Benefits” which is designed to provide a collective assist to grassroots race tracks across the country.
