Heat Race Bonus
On Friday, the fastest qualifier starts 6th in each of the heat races. If that driver wins the heat, a $500 bonus will be paid to that driver. If the fastest qualifier in a heat does not win, a $200 bonus will be paid to the driver that passes the most cars in that heat. In the event of a tie for most cars passed, the bonus will go to the driver with the better finish.
On Saturday the highest point cars start 8th in each heat. The same $500 or $200 bonus will be paid following the procedure used on Friday. Only qualifying heats eligible for the bonus. (not last chance heats)
