I will never forget Sammys interview on one of the televised races from Fargo, ND many years ago after getting together with Danny Wood.. In his interview he said "It's just a shame we have to run on the same track with some of these guys"... hahahahahaha
Loose is when you hit the wall with the rear of the
car, tight is when you hit the wall with the front of
the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and
torque is how far you move the wall.

I think it would be a "tie" between Danny Wood and Paul McMahan for the "nicest guy" to ever run the WoO circus circuit.

Yes, once he and Kinser have hung it up, the Outlaws will lose a lot of their Mojo. One of the best races I have ever seen was with Sammy and Dave Blaney years ago at the Devil's Bowl........
