Last night a close friend who knows nothing about racing at all presented me with something. His late father in law had collected A LOT of nascar cards. 1988 - 2006 they are all complete sets. Hed like me to put a value on them . Ive never done the card thing so im ignorant on this subject. I have way too many toy sprint cars and added to the collection at Knoxville again but thats beside the point. Could someone please tell me the best way to value these? Or best way to get rid of them for him. Hell i might have to buy them myself . Thank you in advance for your help.

You can probably try calling a sports memrobilia store around you and someone there might be able to point you in the right direction. Sports cards are hard to value though, some are very valuable and some are not worth the paper they are printed on but if he collected sets, then some hidden Gems might be in the set. If you see some Dale Earnhardt, Richard Petty, Jeff Gordon cards you can probably go on Ebay and see what they are going for.
