Tony's numbers just went up with all the publicity and sponsors will ride the horse out front until it drops.

Agreed. It may look bad now but its extra publicity than what they were going to get and this week I'm sure they will be talking about it all race long. Not to mention the attention that it will be getting leading up to the Daytona 500.

If Tony were not running NASCAR there wouldn't be all the sprint car teams on the road which he puts out there. Sad but true...NASCAR (cup division) is where you get the big money.

Tony once said AJ. Was his racing hero. Kenny put up that AJ read on this thread . Good stuff. Tony's tough enough and there ain't no way he's not getting back in a sprint car. I say put extra pins and rods in his right foot so he can smash the pedal down even harder.

P.S. If somebody handed me ten million dollars and told me what to drive I'd have to think twice about it regardless of what my passion was. Think about it, he just gave up the potential for a fourth cup championship, millions more in earnings and endorsements for what? A $3,000 to win 360 race in the middle of Iowa.
I'm not saying that a $3,000 to win 360 Sprint Car race in the middle of Iowa is a bad thing. If I didn't like them I wouldn't be poking my nose around on this board and the majority of my Sprint Car races are 360 shows so I'm not a 410 only snob. Nevetheless, the prospect of making millions of dollars would give me a huge incentive not to #### up.
