Ya know, a thought comes to mind about Posse vs Knoxville sprint car pilots. The reason the Knoxville regulars don't beat the Outlaws very often is that once the Knoxville regular season racer went to the Outlaws he was an Outlaw. You are only a Knoxville Racer until you race as an outlaw. When a Posse racer turns Outlaw (and there have been a few) he is still a Posse.

anyone see the dave chappelle episode where the whites claimed condie rice as white and the asians clamed the wo tang clan as asian. lol.

Dang you guys sure got into this, let me see if you have any answer for this, lol.
The Posse has success at the Grove but virtually NOWHERE else and the reason they do anything there is simple it's the TRACK, wake up folks. Fred who is the best in history at Lincoln has beat the Outlaws one time there in at least nine attempts. The Port has been worse except for the early days, let's not forget a few years ago when the A was checkered and there was a grand total of TWO Posse cars on the track. Grandview and it's rare to see a Posse car in the top ten and almost unheard of for the top five. THESE ARE ALL POSSE TRACKS and the results are staggering. They have a chance at one track only in the country so get real when you dare to compare these two groups. You have one track wonders, some of which will be in the Hall of Fame and deservedly so and you have the Outlaws, DEAL WITH IT AND LET IT GO!!!!
Hawker, Jeff Shepard once won 5 times in the Selma Shell car in one season, he has had the most success that car has ever nown and please don't forget he likes to be called MARYLAND Posse, ask him.
Mark Kinser's 18 wins at the Grove tell me soooo much, he was that good and for a few years almost untouchable, like the yellow 15 right now. Argue, debate all you want be this is the only info you need to know and believe which most people do unless they are porch dwellers, sooo sad. Take It Easy....

Its okay to claim non' PA regular car or drivers as Posse if they beat the outlaws but not CA cars or drivers if they win in CA? Okay. rules are rules I guess. But if racing is 80% car then the CA cars that win in CA should be counted as wins in and against the national series. If not can someone email me a copy of the Posse vs. the ........ rule book.
Also I have to agree, I thought Tatnell was from Australia. His car owner is from Hawaii and the car is based out of CA.
Based on cubics rules(only one track and 80% is the car) Chico has a 31% local win rate. Based on BRR rules (only cars that don't tour) they have a 24% win rate. This according to the figures Hawker was kind enough to publish. You will notice they do not race WOO there nearly as much either. I would hardly call that an unraveling or actual results. In fact, with out including stats I would consider it the same as the Grove. More times than not the WOO wins.

M-SPIN - real quick to back away from Clint's stats...maybe Cisco & Ebert should stick to something he knows about.
a few weeks ago, the WoO ran in Ohio...how did that work out for the locals? 2 or 3 in the A Main?
a few weeks ago, the WoO ran in Kville...how did that work out for the locals? 2 or 3 in the A Main?
last night the WoO ran in Canada...how did that work out for the locals? 2 or 3 in the A Main?
and the final bonus round...at all 3 of these hotbed locations...HOW MANY WoO CARS WERE PARKED IN THE HAULER FOR THE A-MAIN?

Help me out cubic - Why do you keep showing the same photo from Knoxville. How long ago was that and what race? Also why do you have Greg Hodnett highlighted in the sprint car poll. Evidently he does not live in PA (anymore). Perhaps he did for a time but not during the year of the poll. If your using anyone that lived in PA for any length of time, well Tatnell is currently based out of Southern CA and Terrry McCarl spent a few seasons here as well. Although I am not sure what the purpose of a popularity poll has to do with the number of wins on the track.

The photo is from Knoxville because Nelligan (and again and again) keeps dribbling about the Posse only being able to win at the Grove.
Hodnett IS Posse because he CURRENTLY lives here and runs for points locally and has for quite some time.

ask the expert from Canada...unless he went to the movies instead of supporting the local racers.

Actually I was just being a smart allan about the Cananda thing to as you did rub Mike. Heck, even Alaska has a sprint car scene. It's only 23 days long but they race them.
cubic - so what year and what race was the photo? just curious.

Hodnett photo from this year.
Knoxville Photo Wednesday Nationals 2005 Rahmer Dewease on the podium (Chad K. with a nice podium finish) Rahmer backed up Prelim victory in 06 when Dewease blew tire while leading.

No I meant they only have about 23 days of climatable weather for racing. I know my humor is a little off at times. It looks like they race early May until September.

And when it comes to A-Main time Fred goes backwards every year when he makes it, less than half the time I might add the only guy that I can remember having a couple of nice runs (back to back top tens) was the Flying Fireman in the Zemco car, props to him.
I started this debate more than a decade ago because I looked into what really happens with the Outlaws and the Posse and I was stunned. They are good at ONLY one track and invisible virtually everywhere else EVEN in PA. That's the reality of this whole debate no matter what spin Baby Right Rear tries to put on it. I wondered why they were so good at the Grove and I asked a lot of questions with those that race on it, watch it and photo it. The Outlaws used to hate the place but with a few different winners the last few years they might be changing a bit, who knows, or better still who cares.
When your Posse drivers get good enough to be seriously competitive somewhere OTHER than the Grove let me know, it hasn't EVER happened so you really will have a news flash. In the meantime they will be and always have been One Track Wonders, sorry for the truth. Take It Easy....
PS By the way, I used Lucas Wolfe and TK in my comparisson earlier because they BOTH were on the same tour last year, not Freddy, not Lance, nope the Posse driver that was out there running against Tim. Stats tell us this year he is by far the best Posse driver with his Outlaws record and a week long speedweek title, only a fool will argue that and I'm sure we'll hear from a few of them....

You've been made a fool of for the nth time and that's all you got, as weak as your racers of the Grove porch, so sad. let me venture a guess, now you are an expert on TIME...but you have been 500 feet short of a half mile for your entire career...oh thats right...you went out of business!
not a bad memory for a guy who only goes to 12 races a year...but you are still a rambling lunatic who is now struglling with "retarded".
