Donny will celebrate for about an hour, then it will be business as usual. His unmatched focus and determination is part of why he is so damn good. He is doing it his way!

great job Donny and crew.
Danny and Diane thanks for giving Donny the opportunity to entertain us. i remember Donny at Jackson rocky an husets when he was 15 i never thought he would be where he is at today. some people say donny is the new king that is not true there will never be another steve kinser, donny is just coming into his own and doing a great job right now, who knows he may be part of the next big three in the outlaws. but it wil be a tuff act to follow for anyone to do what steve sammy and wolfie has done. there is always a changing of the gaurd in sports donny is taking his place right now and hopefully it will continue
to any of the donny haters remember you may be a kinser fan or a swindell fan or wolfie fan. i do not remember any bashng them when they would kick everyones tail nght in and nght out. when wolfie won all them features that one year it was a year when he was unstopable. but all good thing come to an end
so ride the bigdog now because tomorrow the big dog may not be there
sorry about the rambling

You don't remember anyone bashing Steve? You've never seen the signs they used to have at knoxville? Until the last few years he was boo'd more than Sammy at the royal. That's an accomplishment all by itself. You were just joking, right?

yes and no. i guess all i am saying is fans have their favorites. right now donny and joey are on top of their game. stve is still there, and doing good. i am gonna murder this word bit consistancy is the key and luck. donny and joey are having that, i am not taking anything away from them they both can wheel the cars
i am a big fan of donny so i may be a bit partial, but the racing is good and all th top notch guys have the chance to win but sometimes they dont have luck. i think luck has a big part in racing, yea the outlaw format stinks for heats, it should be like the nationals but we all now that is not going to happen.
like i said i am rambling. i can say that i have never bashed any of the drivers that are doing good. or bad. i love the sport of sorint cars so i am biased. i figure if the driver has big enough balls to strap in and drive they are good
this has nothing to do with the original post
we as fans should be thankful that we have the chance to see the best of the best race no matter where they came from, same goes for the local racers. they are doing something they love, and i wil bet that there is not one of us that would not change places with steve donny or any one else.
enough rambling by me
good job donny and all the other drivers no matter where they finished

That was the one thing that supprised me the most on attending my first Kings Royal this year, I have never heard Kinser get booed as much as he did there.

Sprint car fans seem to have long memories.
The talk of this on the message boards has dropped to a mere whisper during this season, but a lot of people are still peeved about the whole NST debacle, and their perception of Steve's involvement in getting it off the ground two years ago.
