i heard it was free to sign up, but it wants 14.95 not sure how this is free to watch....

Why would USAC want to do anything that might increase its fan base?
I remember that when the late Harlan Fengler was involved in USAC I said the acronym stood for "Unusually Stodgy and Aged Codgers."
