THANK YOU to the teams from Oklahoma (and Louisiana) that drove all the way to RPM Speedway in Crandall TX to race last night (on a Friday, to boot)...only to get flooded out by that rogue thunderstorm that slammed the track shortly before track packing.
It's been a very frustrating weather season for the track, and all involved; and I just wanted to make sure you guys knew your efforts did not go unnoticed either.
After last night, that makes 10 race nights that were either rained out or weather affected at RPM in 2013.
Hopefully we won't have any weather issues for the September 7th $25,000 David Pope Memorial event, which pays $3,000 to win for USRA Modifieds, $2,000 to win for Limited Modifieds...and with no entry fees and regularly priced pit passes.
