GREAT! Congrats to Leppo! (and to Wolfe) two top notch drivers and cool kids to chat with. Am actually excited to hear of their success where I likely wouldn't have had it been Rahmer, DeWease or Hodnett. But when the upset is a actually a bit of an upset, I can appreciate that.

Congrats too, to Clint and company, has to feel good. I'll wear my skunk shirt with pride today. I'll tell your Kings Royal bean bag partner as well, he'll be happy for ya too!!

As for tonight....."ANYONE BUT SCHATZ, KINSER, RAHMER OR DEWEASE!!!!!!!!!

Oh yea.....They pass on a weekly show because the competition up front isn't anywhere as stout as a typical WoO field. Too many good cars when the posse and WoO get together. Good equipment, good drivers, few mistakes equal little passing, understandable. You handicap them on a regular show in order to make it a show.

I'm curious to know what the speeds were last night on night two, especially with everyone saying slower. How much slower?

You all had it better than me as I was doing racing radio at Hilltop...IRS Late Models...still racing, but I think I'll stick with Sprints!

HAVE FUN TONIGHT!

Bob, I understand handcapping is in place on a weekly basis to make it a show. That is the way every track should be. There is nothing worse than a show with time trials and no inversion, or a very small inversion.

You may be into watching the fastest guys start up front night after night, but most fans aren't. LOL I grew up as a dirt Modified fan, where the point leader started 18th every night.

Don't take this as a shot at the quality of the All-Star drivers, but you were right with your post from a few days ago when you mentioned that in your eight litetime trips to the Grove, you have yet to see a quality show. The weekly show at the Grove is hands down a better show than any of the touring groups that appear at the track.
